Small online jobs are often the most irritating: shorten one link, convert one file, make one QR code, count one draft. The tools exist everywhere, but they are usually scattered across noisy sites with different controls, unclear privacy, and no sense that the next task will work the same way as the last one.
We treated the collection as one product instead of five unrelated pages. A shared dashboard, consistent navigation, plain descriptions, and a repeatable ‘open tool’ pattern make the suite predictable. Each utility stays narrow enough to understand at a glance, while the account layer gives the collection room to expand without turning the interface into a directory of links.
The live dashboard brings document conversion, link shortening, QR generation, temporary email, and writing statistics under one roof. Users build familiarity once and carry it from tool to tool—the kind of small design decision that matters when the job itself should take less than a minute.
