Echoed
A lightweight community platform for voice, video, screen sharing, task boards, and extensible bots—built without ads or tracking.
Community infrastructure, built independently
Software studio · US · UK · AU
Enterprise-grade engineering at offshore value, delivered with startup speed. We build custom software and applied AI for teams in the US, UK, and Australia — with four hours of live overlap every working day, and code you own from the first commit.
What we do
Pick the shape that fits. Most engagements start with one and grow into another — the contract changes, the people do not.
Featured live work · Smart Invites Hub
A bilingual invitation platform that brings template discovery, customization, downloads, printing, and creator sales into one coherent journey.

Echoed and Ship That Code are independent companies in the wider family, connected by the same appetite for difficult product work.
See the wider product familyHow we work
No discovery phase that bills for six weeks and produces a document. Scope, design, build, ship — with a demo at the end of every sprint.
Week 1
We map the problem, agree what version one must do, and cut everything it does not. You leave the week with a written scope, a fixed price or rate, and a delivery date we are willing to be held to.
Week 2-3
Flows, screens, and data model in parallel. You review clickable work, not static mockups, so the arguments happen while changes are still cheap.
Week 4+
Two-week sprints with a demo at the end of each one. Staging updates continuously, so you can use the product long before it launches.
Launch +30d
We deploy, watch the graphs, and fix what real traffic exposes. Thirty days of included support, then handover docs — or we keep going as your team.
The people
The people in your Slack, on your calls, and in your Friday demos — introduced before the first commit.

Straight answers

It is, if you buy on rate alone. We hire senior engineers with production experience, you interview every one before they join your project, and you can end the engagement with 30 days' notice if the work is not what we promised. Judge us on the first sprint, not on the pitch.
Our team works a shifted day to give you at least four hours of live overlap, every working day. Standups, demos, and escalations happen inside that window. The rest of our day runs on written updates, so you wake up to progress rather than questions.
Yes. The people writing the code are in your Slack and on your calls — there is no account manager relaying messages. You will also have a named engineering lead who owns delivery and sends a written update every week.
Adding engineers takes about two weeks, since we would rather ramp someone properly than drop a stranger into your sprint. Scaling down takes 30 days' notice, no penalty. We do not sell year-long minimums.
You do, from the first commit. We work in your repository under your accounts wherever possible, and the contract assigns all IP to you outright. If we hold infrastructure during the build, handover is part of the agreed scope, not an upsell.
Start a conversation
We'll tell you straight what it takes to build it. No pitch deck, no pressure. Just a conversation with the people who'd do the work.
