Why we exist

Every founder we met was losing the same trade-off. Hire locally and the engineering is solid, but the burn rate starts writing the roadmap. Hire offshore on rate alone and the savings hold right up until the second rewrite. Both routes end up costing about the same. One of them just hides the bill until later.

QuantumByte Technologies is based in Bangladesh and works with companies in the US, the UK, and Australia. The geography is why the numbers work. It is not why the engineering works. That comes from hiring people with real production scars, paying them properly, and refusing the volume model that turns software firms into staffing desks.

So we stayed small and engineering-led. There is no sales layer between you and the people writing the code, and no junior bench that needs keeping busy. The engineer who scopes your project is the engineer who ships it — and they will tell you plainly when an idea is a bad one, which is most of what you are paying for.

Tests, code review, CI, and monitoring on every project — including the small ones. The standard does not scale down with the invoice, because the systems we ship outlive the engagement that paid for them.
Offshore value
Our rates reflect where we live, not what the work is worth. That difference should buy you more senior engineers on the problem, not a longer list of junior ones.
Startup speed
Two-week sprints, staging from the first one, and decisions made in hours rather than in the next steering meeting. Momentum is a feature; we protect it deliberately.
Real ownership
