About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by QuantumByte Technologies. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and to these terms.
A project engagement is governed by a separate signed agreement, such as a statement of work or master services agreement. If those terms conflict with this page, the signed engagement agreement controls the work.
Using the site
You may read, share, and quote reasonable portions of this site for a lawful purpose, provided you do not misrepresent the source. You must not disrupt the site, probe or bypass its security, extract data from it at scale, introduce malicious code, or use it to infringe another person's rights.
We may change, suspend, or remove pages and features. We aim to keep the site available, but we do not promise that every page or URL will remain available or error-free.
Client portal
The Client portal link on this site points to https://app.quantumbytetech.com/client, a separate application for existing clients. Only use it if you are authorised to access that account or workspace.
Do not share credentials, attempt to access another person's account, or upload information that you are not authorised to provide. Portal features, account access, and client data are governed by the applicable account terms and engagement agreement.
Information you send us
The booking form and our contact channels are for genuine project enquiries. You remain responsible for ensuring that information you send us is accurate and that you have permission to share it.
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract, reserve capacity, or require us to accept a project. We will confirm scope, price, timing, ownership, and other commitments in writing before work begins.
Accuracy of what you read here
Case studies, metrics, and timelines describe specific past engagements. They are context, not a forecast, and they are not a commitment about what your project will cost or how long it will take.
Nothing on this site is an offer or a quote. Scope, price, and dates become binding only in a signed statement of work.
Intellectual property
The brand, copy, code, layout, and design of this site belong to us or our licensors. Client names and marks appearing in case studies belong to those clients and are used to identify the work.
For delivered project work, ownership and licence terms are set out in the applicable engagement agreement. Our current commercial position is that the client owns the delivered code and intellectual property from the first commit, subject to that agreement and any third-party or pre-existing materials it identifies.
Confidentiality
We treat non-public project information shared while scoping or delivering work as confidential and use it only for the relevant business purpose. We can sign a mutual or client NDA before a call where that is appropriate. The applicable engagement agreement controls if it provides more specific confidentiality duties or exceptions.
Third-party links
This site links to services we do not run, including the separate client portal. Those services have their own content, availability, privacy notices, and terms. Review them before using the linked service; we are not responsible for a third party's service or practices.
Liability
The site and its content are provided for general information and on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties that the site will be uninterrupted, complete, or free from errors, and we are not responsible for decisions made solely from information published here.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Liability for delivered work is addressed in the engagement agreement against the actual scope and risks of that work.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site, our services, or applicable requirements change. We will record the date of the latest version at the top of this page. Changes to a signed engagement agreement must be made through that agreement's change process.
