The human problem

Digital gaming goods create an unusual trust problem: the product is intangible, the buyer is often young, and a suspicious checkout can undo the entire sale. For a Bangladesh-first marketplace, local currency and familiar payment behavior matter just as much as catalogue depth.

What we shaped

We organized the storefront around the language players already use—games, Robux packs, items, accounts, game passes, stock, and delivery method. BDT pricing, category filters, product-level explanations, visible support, and repeated reminders that a password is not required turn trust into part of the shopping flow rather than a badge added at the end.

What is live now

The marketplace gives a fast-moving catalogue a structure customers can browse and understand. Product discovery, pricing, delivery expectations, cart behavior, and support live together, so buying a digital item feels closer to familiar local commerce than an informal deal in a message thread.
